1 Definitions and Applicability

3 Age Limit and Identity Verification

All services on baji live99 are for persons aged 21 or above only. It is strictly prohibited for anyone under 21 to register an account or place bets on the platform.

Withdrawals may be restricted until the identity verification process is complete. This measure is in place for user security and to prevent money laundering.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on baji live99 is ৳300. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank and other commercial banks). Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.

• Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Amounts subject to bonus wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met.
• Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, it may not be possible to cancel it.
• The platform reserves the right to carry out additional verification for unusual or suspicious transactions.

4.3 Third-Party Transactions

Using another person's mobile banking or bank account to make deposits or withdrawals is strictly prohibited. If such a transaction is detected, the account will be closed immediately.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

baji live99 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms, which should be read carefully before claiming.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and you must wager ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has a set expiry — any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
• Bonuses may only be used in your own account; they cannot be transferred to another account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• Misuse of promotions or any attempt at fraud may result in the bonus being cancelled and the account suspended.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

baji live99 operates sports betting, live casino, slots and other gaming sections. Each section may have its own rules, but the general rules below apply to all sections.

6.1 Bet Finality

Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless a cash-out facility is active for that specific event. In sports betting, the outcome of a bet is determined by the official final result of the relevant match or event.

6.2 Technical Errors

If an abnormal result occurs in a game due to a software error, network disconnection or any other technical issue, baji live99 reserves the right to void that round or bet. In such cases the full bet amount will be refunded.

6.3 Manipulation and Misconduct

If a player attempts to exploit the system through manipulation, match fixing, arbitrage betting or any other unfair means to gain an advantage from promotions or bonuses, their account will be closed immediately and all accumulated funds may be forfeited.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

baji live99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Providing false or misleading information at registration.
• Violating the age limit or concealing identity.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Misusing bonuses or attempting fraud.
• Using a third party's payment method.
• Involvement in money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Carrying out any activity that is harmful to the security of the platform.
